Hello!
I’m Tesvara, and welcome to my very first blog post! I am a computer scientist who grew up in Brooklyn.
Currently, I’m a sophomore at Stanford studying CS while trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. I am lost, but it’s ok. I will find myself! Last summer, I worked on security infrastructure at Amazon’s Accounts Recievables (AR) team, where I built an access control system to protect my team’s AR tools. At Stanford, I’ve also done research on mortgage market design at Stanford’s Institute for Economic Policy Research. Prior to college, I did research at Energy Capital Partners and Zinnia Health.
When I’m not coding or studying, you can find me cooking, playing golf, or practicing the guzheng. I also speak Mandarin and Indonesian and love exploring new cultures. My favorite foods are Turkish food, Viet food, and Ethiopian food.
Why Did I Start a Blog?
Why not? I’ve never made a website before and thought I would learn a lot from it. I also realized I really enjoy scrolling through my Instagram posts or writing, and wanted another medium to document life!
I want to store in this website things I learn along the way, the projects I am working on, and more!
What’s Next?
I have no idea! But I am sure it will work out.
With excitement and faith,
Tesvara
